Terms of service.
Effective 3 July 2026. These terms cover the propr.dev website, the ProPR software, and the ProPR Connect hosted service, all provided by Unchained Development OÜ (Estonian registry code 16785055, Tallinn, Estonia).
Overview
The software
ProPR is open-source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the software is governed by that license, including its disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability: the software is provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind. You run it on your own infrastructure, with your own credentials, at your own risk.
Third-party services
ProPR orchestrates services you contract with directly — GitHub, and the AI providers behind the agents you configure (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or Mistral). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and their charges are billed to you by them. ProPR adds no markup and is not a reseller or intermediary.
ProPR Connect
ProPR Connect is a hosted webhook relay and seat-billing service. The Community tier is free for up to 3 users per installation; the Plus tier is a paid subscription billed through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record — checkout, invoicing, taxes, and any applicable consumer withdrawal rights are handled by Polar under the terms shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal; paid features (additional seats, managed UI tunnels) stop at the end of the paid period. We aim for high availability but Connect is provided without an uptime guarantee unless one is agreed in a separate enterprise contract.
Acceptable use
Do not use Connect to relay traffic unrelated to your ProPR installation, to probe or disrupt the service, or in violation of GitHub's or your AI providers' terms. We may suspend installations that abuse the service.
Website content
The content on propr.dev is provided for information and kept accurate against the shipped product. It is not a contractual specification. Third-party product names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear for comparison and compatibility purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
Changes and contact
